The Müggelstr. between the Scharnweberstr. and the Traveplatz is a very quiet side street, but there is the end loop of a tram line there.
A few houses further you can relax in the citypark Traveplatz, and in the near vicinity you will find the typical scene bars for Friedrichshain, small shops with drinks and food.
At the bakery around the corner you can have breakfast from 6 am, Saturdays from 7 am and Sundays from 8am.
