On June the 1th, 2014 a parking space management was also introduced in our area, since then, the pension belongs to the parking zone 50, where from 9.00am-12.00 pm (except on Sundays) a parking fee has to be payed, if you have no vignette.
It is advisable to apply for a guest vignette at buergeramt@ba-fk.berlin.de. This is informal by email with an enclosed copy of the vehicle registration. This can be expected with about 3 weeks processing time.
