From Tegel Airport, take the TXL bus to the “Beusselstr.” Station. There, change to the S-Bahn (the yellow tram) S 41 and get off at the “Frankfurter Allee” stop. There you follow the way to the Frankfurter Allee and over this avenue into the Jessnerstr. (there is a pharmacy on the corner). At the moment, if you come from the Schoenefeld Airport SXF you can still drive through the S-Bahn S 9 to Frankfurter Allee,but in a few months, you will have to change trains at the station “Treptower Park” into the S 42 or another S-Bahn in this direction, then you will have to drive two stations to the Frankfurter Allee.
If you come from the central station, you will have to take the S-Bahn to the Alexanderplatz, then have to get down to the U 5 and also get off at Frankfurter Allee.
From ZOB (the bus terminal) you can also take the S 42 to the Frankfurter Allee
